fourProduct Function Introduction
1 It has the function of switching between the circulating display of three-phase wire package temperature and the display of the highest phase temperature.
2 The opening and closing of the fan can be automatically controlled according to the set temperature for opening and closing the fan, ensuring the safe operation of the dry-type transformer at normal temperatures. When the temperature of the highest phase in the three-phase package exceeds the set temperature for turning on the fan or when manually turning on the fan, the fan will turn on and the "fan" indicator light on the panel will turn green.
3 It has an over temperature alarm function. When the temperature of the highest phase in the three-phase wire package exceeds the limit, the temperature control box will sound a buzzer alarm, the "over temperature" light on the panel will turn on, and the "over temperature" output terminal on the power board will be activated(11、12Output a switch signal to the remote control cabinet to control the sound and light alarms.
4 It has an automatic trip function. When the temperature of the highest phase in the three-phase wire package reaches the tripping temperature, the temperature control box will sound a buzzer alarm, the "trip" light on the panel will light up, and the "trip" output terminal will be activated through the power board(13、14Output switch signal, cut off power supply, and protect dry-type transformer.
5 When the sensor malfunctions, the "Fault" indicator light on the panel will light up,There is a buzzing alarm inside the box,Fault output terminal(9、10Output a switch signal.
5.1Different colors of indicator lights represent different phase faults: yellow representsAXiang, green representsBXiang, red representsCWhen the light is not on, it indicates that the sensor is functioning properly.
5.2Distinguish between sensor short circuit and open circuit faults by displaying different codes in the temperature display area: displayed in the temperature display areaHIndicating an open circuit; displayLIndicates a short circuit.
5.3When one or two sensors fail, only control the fan based on the good sensor temperature signal. When all three sensors fail simultaneously, immediately turn on the fan.
6 The temperature for turning on the fan, turning off the fan, over temperature alarm temperature, over temperature trip temperature, timed fan on time, and local communication number can be directly set on the panel through buttons, and data will not be lost after a power outage.
7 It has the function of manually controlling the fan and can manually force the fan to turn on. This function can also be used as a test fan function.
8 The fan controlled temperature control box has the function of timed opening of the fan, which users can perform on the panel0~255Hours can be set arbitrarily (when set to0When the scheduled time is reached, the fan will automatically run for 1 minute before stopping. Set at the factory24Hour.
9 This temperature control box has a "black box" function, which records the three-phase temperature at the time of power failure in the memory for future reference.
